뮤직아일랜드(MusicIsland), 공연기획사 팝티스트(PopTist)와 전략적 업무협약 체결

글로벌 음악 콘텐츠 유통사 뮤직아일랜드(MusicIsland)가 국내 대표 공연기획사 팝티스트(PopTist)와 전략적 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다. (2025)

이번 협약을 통해 양사는 국내외 아티스트의 라이브 공연 기획 및 홍보, 콘텐츠 유통, 브랜드 마케팅 등 다양한 분야에서 협력하며 시너지를 낼 계획이다. 특히 뮤직아일랜드가 보유한 해외 음악 유통 네트워크와 팝티스트의 공연기획 노하우가 결합되어, 글로벌 무대를 향한 새로운 콘텐츠 협업이 기대된다.

뮤직아일랜드 관계자는 “국내외 음악 시장에서 공연과 유통의 경계가 점점 허물어지고 있는 지금, 팝티스트와의 협력은 매우 뜻깊은 시도”라며, “K-콘텐츠의 글로벌 확산과 더불어 다양한 음악 프로젝트를 함께 만들어가고 싶다”라고 밝혔다.

팝티스트 측은 “뮤직아일랜드가 글로벌 마켓에서 가진 신뢰도는 대한민국 대표급이다. 음반 산업의 가장 핵심적인 부분인 음원사업과 관련하여 전 세계 음원시장에 폭발적인 확장성을 가진 기업과의 협업은 대한민국 음악 발전에 획기적인 기폭제 역할을 하게 될 것으로 기대한다. 추후 양사는 전 세계 글로벌 음악의 교류와 소통으로 역량 있는 해외 아티스트를 발굴하고 지원하여 세계 음악시장 성장에 기여하고자 한다.”라고 포부를 밝혔다.

이번 MOU를 시작으로 양사는 다양한 장르의 글로벌 아티스트 초청 공연, IP 기반의 협업 프로젝트, 디지털 콘텐츠 공동 제작 등 폭넓은 사업 협력을 본격화할 예정이다.

Global music content distributor MusicIsland has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with PopTist, one of Korea’s leading live event production companies.

Through this partnership, the two companies will collaborate across various sectors including live concert planning and promotion, content distribution, and brand marketing for both domestic and international artists. The synergy between MusicIsland’s global music distribution network and PopTist’s extensive experience in concert production is expected to spark innovative content collaborations with a global outlook.

A representative from MusicIsland stated,

“As the boundaries between music distribution and live performance continue to blur in today’s music market, this collaboration with PopTist is a meaningful step forward. We look forward to creating impactful music projects together while contributing to the global spread of K-content.”

Starting with this MOU, MusicIsland and PopTist plan to jointly develop a wide range of projects, including global artist showcases, IP-based collaborative initiatives, and co-produced digital content, signaling a strong step toward deeper industry cooperation.​
